VideoEgg is looking for a talented Flash and Actionscript developer with a passion for design and user experiences to work with various teams to create cutting edge interactive advertising. This engineering position will work closely with the graphic design and core engineering teams, and will be responsible for developing the technical flare that separates our advertisements from the competition.
This is a dynamic role and an exciting opportunity to join a fun and innovative company. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an extremely fast paced environment on challenging technical, design, and user experience problems. As a member of the team in this position, you will have the ability to directly influence technical and design decisions. This position reports to the client engineering manager and is located in San Francisco.
Although this position will work closely with VideoEgg’s graphic design team and focus on design solutions, it should be noted that this is an engineering position. Any candidate applying for this position will be interviewed on programming and technical abilities in addition to design and user experience.
• 3+ years experience with Flash and Actionscript development
• 3+ years experience with client side web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, javascript)
• Experience working with visual and graphic designers
• Good sense of visual design and good user experience
• Experience working with server side technologies is a plus
